Incab is a strategic consulting company specialised in food, pharmaceutical, logistics and medical services, as well as supply chain management in these sectors.
The team – led by Giorgio Ruini, founder of the Bomi Group – has wide-ranging professional experience in the field of services and is able, thanks to a network of specialised partners across the various business departments, to support Italian companies and entrepreneurs in their development plans.

GIORGIO RUINI
After graduating in Economics and Business, he gained experience in the accounting, administration and control sector of Mars Italia and at Hospal as General Operating Manager. In 1985 he co-founded the Bomi Group of which he was president from 2011 to 2019, providing support in the process of listing on the AIM market. Co-founder of Confindustria Medical Devices and member of the President’s Committee and Treasurer from 2008 to 2018, he was awarded the national Order of Merit for Labour in 2021. He is also vice president of the “Promo Brasile Italia” association in Milan.
TOMMASO MACCHI ALFIERI
A lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association and authorised to practise before the higher courts. The experience gained over the years, through collaboration with foreign and Italian companies operating across diverse sectors, allows him to provide his clients with targeted advice. Law degree (Università degli Studi – Milan).
CRISTIANO DEL TORRE
Degree in Business Administration from Università Carlo Cattaneo, Castellanza, in 1997. Chartered accountant since March 2003, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan, no. 6115. Auditor since 2003 with registration published in Official Gazette IV special series no. 97, under no. 131206 of the Register of Auditors. Local Government auditor. Enrolled since 2009 in the register of Court-Appointed Experts under no. 11567 at the Court of Milan. Registered in the National Register of Court-Appointed Administrators under no. 2706 on 18/10/2019. Registered on the list of Chamber of Commerce experts in negotiated settlements for companies in difficulty pursuant to Decree Law 118/2021.
ALESSANDRO BONINO
Graduate of the Bocconi University in Milan. In 2000 he founded the NewInvest corporation (part of the Helm International Partners network). The company deals with consulting for extraordinary financial transactions with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, both within and outside of the EU. Before founding NewInvest, he worked in London for 10 years, where he was CEO of a financial consulting firm in the corporate sector.
GIACOMO GUARNERA
Founding Partner of Guarnera Advogados law firm. Awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in 2002. Doctor of Law with distinction from the Faculty of Law of Palermo in 1985. Graduated in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Sao Paulo in 1994. Member of the Bar Association of Brazil (OAB), Sao Paulo section, since 1995. President of the “Promo Brasile Italia” association of Milan and the “Itálicos do Brasil” association of Sao Paulo.
PAOLA SPAGNOLI
Law degree from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, with thesis on employment law – “Disciplinary dismissal and at-will employment”.
In 2005, after the establishment of the firm, she also focused primarily on the fields of civil, commercial and corporate law, employment law, enforcement and leases, and family law. The firm also has significant experience in contracts, with particular reference to corporate and real estate.
VINCENZO GIACALONE
With a degree in Economics and Business, since the beginning of his career he has accumulated diverse experience in companies operating in the direct sales and traditional sales sectors, developing specific competencies in Management and Business Strategy and in the Commercial and Sales area. He has developed targeted skills relating to startups and corporate reorganisation. Over the years he has also become specialised in the construction and management of sales networks for products and services in both B2B and B2C environments.
piergiorgio geniola
A consultant with 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. After years spent in a single-brand company, he founded an independent firm that collaborates with the major companies to guarantee a high quality service to its clients. Specialisations in: risk analysis, contracts “relationship between customer requests, legislative obligations and insurance guarantees”, selection and management of insurance cover, complex claims management, tax and legal analysis in the insurance field, corporate welfare. The main clients are publicly listed companies and leaders in their sector (logistics & transport, import & export, construction, tourism, clean energy, fund management, IT, business associations).
ROBERTO ROVIDA
An IT expert, he served as Chief Information Officer for Bomi Group. He has participated in numerous international projects, particularly in the fields of logistics and transport. He deals with company audits on ICT technologies, compliance and management.
RAUL F. ALVAREZ
Graduate in Mathematics with a specialisation in Data Sciences from the Maryville University of Saint Louis Missouri, with a Master’s in Business Administration in Management and International Business from the University of Texas in Dallas.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the diagnostic and biological products sectors in the areas of business development, strategic planning and international business, he has developed specific skills in the creation and management of strategic alliances, marketing strategy and management, and international sales networks.

CEO, General Manager of Mercurio Misura S.r.l. Mercurio Misura specialises in consulting, training, CRM, relational marketing, reorganisation of the CRM function and remote communication, management of outsourcing of customer service and freephone numbers, set-up of inbound call centres, and is dedicated to excellence in the management of freephone numbers of companies, with a particular focus on customer retention and improvement of commercial performance.
Active in the creation and organisation of the behavioural training business unit, with a team dedicated to creating and managing seminars and internal training academies for companies.
